Holiday Dates and Minimum Stays

Presidents Weekend 2/12 - 2/14   4th ofJuly Weekend 7/2- 7/4 and Labor Day Weekend 9/3 - 9/6:
2 night minimum stay.

Jazz Festival 10/13 - 10/17 : 3 night minimum stay.
Christmas Week 12/22/09 - 1/1/10: No minimum stay.

Cancellation Policy:
There is a 14 day cancellation policy. Any reservation cancelled inside 14 days of charge date forfeits half of full amount. Rooms are charged in full 24 hours prior to arrival and are non-refundable. Multiple room reservations and extended stays of 6 nights or more are subject to the same cancellation policies as Holiday reservations.

Holiday Cancellation Policy
Christmas Week, Presidents Weekend, Martin Luther King, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend and Jazz Festival: Reservations are charged in full 30 days from arrival date and are non refundable. Reservations cancelled outside of 30 days of arrival date suffer no penalty.
